Director of Housing Operations The Housing Authority of the City of Trenton, New Jersey, is seeking a dedicated and skilled housing operations professional for the position of Director of Housing Operations. This position reports directly to the Executive Director and/or Chief of Staff and is responsible for the successful operation of all Trenton Housing Authority (THA) Asset Management Projects (AMPs). The Director of Housing Operations performs administrative and supervisory work related to the operation of affordable rental housing developments owned and/managed by THA.
