The Shipping Associate is responsible for accurately preparing, processing, and coordinating all outbound shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery to customers. This role supports warehouse operations by picking, packaging, staging, and documenting materials according to company procedures and customer requirements. The Associate ensures accuracy, maintains inventory integrity, and upholds safety and quality standards while working in a fast-paced manufacturing/warehouse environment.
Essential Job Duties
Receive incoming materials from customers and suppliers accurately and promptly.
Verify quantities and descriptions of incoming materials against packing lists.
Pick orders using internal processes and pick sheets.
Place materials on shelves, racks, or other designated storage areas in an accurate and orderly manner.
Prepare all required shipping documentation for outgoing orders.
Review all orders to ensure they are picked correctly before shipment....
