Customer Service Call Center Rep (Mercedes-Benz of Syracuse) The Romano Auto Dealerships are looking for a part-time Customer Service Call Center Rep to join our seasoned staff in our BDC at Mercedes-Benz of Syracuse. This position entails contacting our guests to ensure customer satisfaction. Some customer service experience would be helpful but will train the right candidate. Basic Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Making phone calls Sending emails Data Management Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel Benefits: No nights or Sundays Very flexible schedule We work with your availability Saturday hours are available if needed 12-20 hours per week Paid Training Must have excellent phone manners, be well versed in data management and Excel, and have good problem-solving skills.
