Seeking a friendly, welcoming, and helpful Customer Service and Billing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position provides customer service and administrative and technical support for the Community Relations and Finance Departments.
Key Responsibilities include:
First point of contact for visitors entering the main Administration Building; greets visitors.
Answer main telephone line and directs calls.
Organize, schedule, and prepare for meetings and special events, including assistance with monthly Board meetings.
Gather, secure, and verify information to prepare documents and presentations. Conduct data entry of information by developing and maintaining spreadsheets, databases, and various computer files. Maintain electronic and paper filing systems for department(s).
