Ensure high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines. Adhere to safety protocols and company standards. Qualifications: Experience as a carpenter or finish carpenter preferred (but not required). Closet organizer installation experience is a plus. Strong work ethic and positive team attitude. Excellent attention to detail. Willingness to learn – we will train you on our process. Clean driving record (you will be asked to provide a DMV report if selected for an interview).
