Job Description Job Description Construction Inspector II Construction Inspector II will monitor work performed by contractors to ensure quality control and contract compliance for roadway, structure, and bridge construction/maintenance projects for projects located on Blue Ridge Parkway in Alleghany, Ashe, Avery, Burke, Caldwell, Watauga, Wilkes Counties, North Carolina. The project consists of the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the Blue Ridge Parkway in North Carolina from Milepost 229.6 to MP 305.1, including overlooks, parking areas and ramps.
