Job Description Job Description Position Overview: We are seeking an Inside Equipment Technician to join our Aurora team. This position focuses on repairing, maintaining, and rebuilding our rental fleet and used equipment inventory. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time. Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and rebuild industrial floor scrubbers and sweepers (Factory Cat, Tennant, Bulldog, and others) Perform maintenance and testing on rental fleet units before and after rental periods Inspect and refurbish equipment for resale or redeployment Maintain accurate repair notes, parts usage, and service records Work closely with the rental and parts departments to ensure quick turnaround times Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area Qualifications: Prior experience as a shop or equipment technician (electrical, hydraulic, or mechanical background preferred) Experience...
