Wastewater Preventative Maintenance The Wastewater Preventative Maintenance position involves duties associated with the repair, inspection and maintenance of buildings and process equipment at the wastewater treatment plant. Essential Job Functions: Perform regularly scheduled maintenance activities to prevent unexpected failures. Cleaning, lubrication, oil changes, adjustments, repairs, inspecting and replacing parts, and partial or complete overhauls on equipment and machinery. Operates light equipment including tractors, lawnmowers, pumps, and equipment transport vehicles. General grounds maintenance including mowing lawn, trimming shrubs, edging sidewalks and driveways, snow removal, and painting. Performs other related duties as required/assigned.
