Job Description: The City of Dorris is seeking a Part-Time Office Worker/CDBG Clerk to assist with general office operations and administrative duties related to Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs. This position is scheduled for approximately 32 hours per week. Recommended Education and Experience: Prior office experience is preferred. Applicants must be PC literate and have accounting knowledge, including experience with payroll, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and restricted funds. Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of standard office practices and accounting procedures is required. Duties include cash reconciliation, maintaining accurate financial records, and performing general clerical and administrative tasks.
