In this role, the Switchboard Attendant/Receptionist serves as a first point of customers, shareholders, employees, retirees, visitors, and guests, ensures a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Some examples of activities include:
Answer and direct all switchboard calls.
Register all guests, visitors and retirees, notify employees of guest/visitor arrival.
Page employees or guests and make announcements, as necessary.
Monitor the security entrances of the General Office.
Perform clerical duties, such as data entry and preparing mailings to support business operations.
Qualifications:
