Executive Assistant
Description: Carroll College invites applications for an Executive Assistant to support the Vice President for Finance & Administration/CFO (VPFA). This key position serves as the primary point of contact for the VPFA Office and provides high-level administrative and operational support. Responsibilities include managing complex scheduling and calendaring, preparing and posting agendas and minutes, coordinating daily office operations, and interacting regularly with the President, Vice Presidents, Board of Trustees, and campus community.
The Executive Assistant plays an important role in the Colleges Contract Management processes by assisting with the initiation, drafting, editing, review, negotiation, and recordkeeping of all business contracts.
