Job Description Job Description The Customer Service Representative/Accounting Assistant will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints as well as perform routine clerical, filing, and data entry tasks for the accounting department. Supervisory Responsibilities: · None Duties/Responsibilities: · Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on company products and services. · Answers the phone; assists walk-in customers as needed. · Schedules service appointments/oil deliveries. · Posts oil; runs credit cards. · Posts oil tickets/deposits. · Calls customers to schedule tune-ups seasonally. · Monthly ATBs/notes. · Processes ACH Payments. · Checks in drivers daily as needed. · Mails out monthly statements. · Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the Customer Service Manager or other...
