Position Overview:
This role is critical in managing billing, proposals / change orders, collections, and cash application processes specific to construction projects, including progress billing and lien waiver tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue AIA progress billings and invoices for construction projects
Track and reconcile customer payments, including partial and milestone-based payments
