Essential Functions Responsible for accounting functions including verifying and posting accounts payable transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records. Process daily credit card receipts and monitor the credit card program travel expenses. Reconcile and post journal entries for credit card transactions Reconcile vendor statements Closely monitor vendor accounts and take corrective action to keep accounts in good standing. Set up new accounts, process credit applications. Maintain w9 software and request certificates of insurance when necessary. Other duties may be assigned.
