The Mohawk Municipal Commission is currently accepting applications for a part-time Accounts Clerk. The position is located in the Mohawk Village Offices and reports directly to the Department of Public Works Superintendent. The position currently offers 20-30 hours per week with the potential for growth.
Qualifications -Exceptional customer service skills -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Basic knowledge and understanding of accounting principals -Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
Key Responsibilities -Field incoming calls -Assist customers with payment inquiries and account related questions -Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable -Assist with entering financial and accounting data into various software programs -Perform general office tasks, including filing, organizing and maintaining office supplies
