Robo Rumble XLLC — Transformer Amusement Ride Operator (Seasonal)

Robo Rumble XLLC is hiring energetic, responsible individuals to join our team as Transformer Amusement Ride Operators at Pier Park, Panama Beach, FL. This seasonal position runs from April through July. Shift hours are 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Weekends are not required but hours and days are negotiable depending on candidate availability. Pay range is $15–$20 per hour based on experience and responsibilities.

We are currently recruiting three new employees to assist with our Transformer Robots. This role is public-facing and hands-on: you will operate the attractions, assist guests, and help maintain equipment so every rider has a safe and memorable experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly, cheerful attitude and capture the attention of tourists and families.
• Assist children and adults as they step into and out of the robots, ensuring safe entry and exit procedures.
• Explain safety rules and step-by-step operating directions clearly to guests before each ride.
• Collect payment from customers, process debit/credit transactions, and securely handle cash.
• Perform light maintenance tasks: replace batteries, manage routine repairs, and prep robots for operation.
• Monitor weather and take appropriate precautions to cover or secure robots before rain or adverse conditions.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to and from Pier Park.
• Basic mechanical or maintenance skills; comfortable performing routine repairs and battery changes.
• Dependable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic and punctuality.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, engaging demeanor.
