Job Description:

We are seeking a talented, experienced hairstylist/colorist for our on-site hair salon, specifically reserved for our employees.  This is a full-time, regular position offering a full spectrum of benefits.  Work days/hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm but must be flexible with schedule to accommodate company owners’ occasional styling needs for special events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Provide exceptional hair cutting, coloring, and styling services to clients
• Stay current with industry trends and techniques
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications:

• Valid cosmetology license
• Proven experience as a hairstylist/colorist
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to provide manicures/pedicures a plus.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate (based on experience) plus commissions on services provided and beauty products sold.
