Summary

I’m a Princeton-based business owner looking for a highly reliable, self-directed operator to own and drive completion of personal and property projects.

This is not an errand or inbox role. I hand off outcomes, not task lists. The right person creates structure, drives momentum, and closes loops independently.

What You’ll Own

  • Finish and manage projects end-to-end
  • Coordinate vendors, sourcing, scheduling, and timelines
  • Turn vague goals into clear plans and execution
  • Proactively surface decisions only when needed
  • Keep multiple parallel projects moving forward without micromanagement
