If you love creating welcoming, memorable experiences, this role puts you at the heart of it all. As the first face our guests, vendors, and employees see when they walk through the doors of our Support Center, you’ll bring Legendary hospitality to every interaction. You’ll also have the opportunity to jump in on temporary assignments with various departments—making every week a little different while supporting teams across the company.
*This is an on-call position located at the Texas Roadhouse Support Center in Louisville, Kentucky. This role is scheduled on an as‑needed basis and does not offer a set weekly schedule. Hours will vary week‑to‑week based on business needs; regular or consistent shifts are not guaranteed.
What’s On Your Plate
Be the warm, friendly welcome for all visitors to our Support Center
Register guests and issue visitor badges
Keep the front desk and lobby organized, clean, and inviting
Assist guests, vendors, and employees with Texas Roadhouse merchandise purchases
Support departments across the company through temporary assignments and project help
Step in on additional tasks as needed to keep things running smoothly
Your Recipe for Success
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or higher preferred
At least one year of front desk or customer service experience
Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite
Friendly, professional, and ready to create a great experience for everyone who walks through the door
