Join a team that’s passionate about supporting employees and making their benefits experience seamless. As a Benefits Administrator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our programs running smoothly—from health and retirement plans to wellness perks and tuition assistance. You’ll maintain accurate data, partner with vendors, support major benefit events, and be a trusted resource for employees. If you enjoy problem‑solving, organizing details, and helping others understand their benefits, this role is for you.
This is an on-site position located at the Texas Roadhouse Support Center in Louisville, Kentucky.
What’s On Your Plate
Support a variety of employee benefit programs (health, retirement, leave, tuition, wellness, discounts, and more)
Maintain accurate benefits data in Workday and bswift
Assist with eligibility verification and employee enrollments
Respond to employee questions with clear, friendly communication
Support benefit events such as open enrollment, health fairs, and seminars
Help ensure compliance with ACA, HIPAA, and other regulations
Perform basic audits and reconcile benefit invoices for vendor payments
Partner with payroll, HRIS, accounting, and IT on routine benefit needs
Educate employees on benefits in an accessible, easy‑to-understand way
Assist with team projects and departmental needs as requested
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care
Your Recipe for Success
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communication, Finance, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered
1–3 years of HR, benefits, or communications experience is a plus
Preferred certifications: CEBS, PHR, SPHR, CBP, SHRM‑CP
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with Workday and bswift is preferred
