Optimize MES workflows to improve production efficiency; manage SQL databases for real-time monitoring; troubleshoot MES/PLC/network issues; oversee servers and infrastructure (Vcenter, MCCS); implement automation to reduce downtime; install/maintain RFID for tracking; support & train staff on MES usage.
