Part-time Administrative Payroll Coordinator/Vocational Counselor. This position is located is Marina, CA (next to Monterey).
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Manages an assigned caseload of adults with developmental disabilities across multiple community job sites.
- Provides on-the-job support, training, and support to enhance job performance, productivity, and work hour stability.
- Participates in person-centered planning meetings, IPP meetings, and team conferences as needed.
- Monitors daily timesheets for accuracy and completeness at assigned locations.
- Coordinates with site supervisors to resolve timesheet issues promptly.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree or specialized training in human services, rehabilitation, special education, or related field preferred
- Minimum one (1) year experience providing direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Experience in Supported Employment, job supporting, or vocational rehabilitation preferred
- Payroll or timekeeping experience preferred
Work Hours: 3 days per week, approximately 24 hrs total. Hours will fall between 6:45am and 3:15pm, Monday to Friday.
