Position Title- Flexible Caregiver
Location- Jefferson City, MO and surrounding areas

Job Summary
Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is now hiring a Flexible Caregiver to support clients in Jefferson City and nearby communities. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, adaptable, and comfortable with a schedule that varies from week to week. The role begins as part time with the potential to grow into full time as client needs increase. Our caregivers play a key part in helping clients remain safe, supported, and comfortable at home while making a meaningful difference every day.

Job Responsibilities
Provide personal care as needed, including assistance with bathing and hygiene
Assist with meal preparation and cleanup
Complete light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, sweeping, and dusting
Offer companionship and conversation
Run errands and provide general support based on client needs
Document services according to company policy
Communicate any concerns, changes, or needs to the appropriate supervisor

Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid drivers license
Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
