Job Description Job Description Overview A a growing and highly regarded elder law and estate planning firm, is seeking an experienced, organized, and proactive professional to join our team in a Senior Paralegal / Senior Legal Assistant capacity. This role is designed for a seasoned candidate who can operate in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of responsibilities, and play a key role in both case management and firm operations . Depending on experience and skillset, the successful candidate will function in either a Senior Paralegal position (legal drafting and case management focused) or a Senior Legal Assistant position (operations, client management, and workflow focused) .
