DEPUTY DIRECTOR/ EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Housing Authority of Cynthiana The Housing Authority of Cynthiana seeks a full-time Deputy Director/Executive Director to lead operations, staff, finances, and HUD compliance for an agency overseeing 265 housing units and 203 Section 8 units. The position reports to the Board of Commissioners. Minimum qualifications: Bachelors degree in public administration, business, finance, urban planning, housing, or a related field; 510 years of progressively responsible management/supervisory experience; and a valid drivers license. Strong leadership, financial management, and HUD program knowledge required. Public housing or government experience preferred.
