Position Overview The engineers will begin by completing training using client-provided laptops and portals. They will then shadow experienced engineers to learn the processes, procedures, and work being performed at the client location. Once they become comfortable with the work and client requirements, they will take on the additional responsibility of training a group of new hires, helping them understand the processes and get up to speed with the client's requirements.
