Job Description Job Description We’re seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Earthwork Superintendent to lead field operations for a dike-raising project at the Jones Oyster Bed Island Dredged Material Containment Area in Jasper County, SC. In this hands-on field leadership role, you’ll direct earthmoving crews and equipment across a remote marsh island site with soft, saturated, and tidally influenced ground conditions. This is not an office-based project management position. You will work directly in the field, managing daily excavation, hauling, grading, and material placement operations. Responsibilities: Direct excavator, dozer, and dump truck crews completing borrow excavation, material hauling, lift placement, grading, and slope shaping.
