CONSTRUCTION MANAGER Hoopa Valley Public Utilities District (HVPUD) HVPUD runs a multi-faceted operation spanning telecom (fiber and wireless), water infrastructure, and alternative energy. We're seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee construction and related activities across our divisions, a self-starter who understands the technical nuances of construction regulations and can communicate effectively with staff and leadership alike. This is a full-time, permanent position.
