Overview Houseparents serve as anchors of Safe Harbor Boys Home's residential program, providing the structure, consistency, compassion, and Christian example young men need as they grow in faith, character, academics, practical skills, and preparation for adulthood. Being a Houseparent is more than a job. It is a calling lived out through everyday moments of service, discipleship, guidance, and community.
