Job Description Job Description SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Maintenance Assistant directly works for the Facility Maintenance Manager. Applicant will assist in the Club House Building Maintenance operations and with various projects to ensure efficient project completion. This includes, but is not limited to performing preventive and corrective maintenance on clubhouse and facility plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems. Being adaptable to your environment and the work to be done will be crucial. WORKING RELATIONSHIP: Works closely with Facility Maintenance Manager, Assistant Club Manager, Food & Beverage Manager, Executive Chef, Sous Chef(s), Bar Manager, Membership Communications and Events Manager, General Manager.
