This is a hands-on leadership role for a driven, growth-minded person who enjoys building customer relationships, developing new sales opportunities, leading a team, and taking ownership of business results. NADCO and Traditium serve an important purpose in helping families, funeral homes, and memorial businesses create a lasting legacy for loved ones. The position is based in the Little Falls, MN area and will include travel throughout our seven-state wholesale territory, including travel across the US for trade shows and conventions. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, business development, operations, general management, or leading a small to mid-sized business.
