Summary Directs and participates in the maintenance of the golf courses including tees, greens, fairways, bunkers, cart paths and the rough. Maintains playing conditions to the highest possible standards set forth by Ibis. Assumes responsibility in the absence of the Superintendent. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Directly supervises the maintenance employees and disperses daily work assignments. Assists Superintendent with budget tracking, scheduling, and administrative tasks. Trains new employees and documents each training session. Conducts safety meetings to ensure that safety standards are met. Checks course setup and conditions daily, reports deficiencies such as disease and unhealthy turf to Superintendent.
