Job Description Job Description This position provides oversight and supervision to the Southern District Heat Plant. Provides operation and maintenance functions for the facilities’ physical plant equipment located within the Heat plant structure. Performs essential operational functions, ensures compliance with all environmental regulations, maintenance, cleanliness, schedule and emergency repairs (electrical and mechanical) to ensure effective, operational practices to ensure equipment longevity.   Supervision This position is directly responsible for the supervision and direction of 10 FTE Heat Plant staff who provide steam to the CMHHIP campus and work in a 24/7 operation.
