Summary of position: To provide services to commercial factoring customers in an exemplary manner and to maintain such relationships. Primary Job Duties (Essential functions): Responsible for day-to-day administration of the clients that constitute their assigned portfolio. Act as the primary customer service contact between the specific clients assigned to them, maintaining positive customer relationships by proactively working with their assigned clients to meet their financial needs while adhering to our policies and procedures. Carefully review Schedule of Accounts, invoices, back-up documentation and client/debtor status prior to submitting to Portfolio Manager for final release of any advances or reserve releases in a timely and accurate manner. Review the account receivable aging (turns, trends and concentrations) to ensure compliance and verify the submitted accounts receivable(s), in a timely manner, according to monitoring guidelines.
