Needed: Orthotic Fitters or DME Clinical Specialists to support the Prosthetic and Sensory Aids Service at the Washington DC VA Medical Center. We are seeking skilled, patientfocused professionals who are ready to make an immediate impact serving Veterans. Compensation and Benefits: Sign-on Bonus: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 Hourly pay: $40-$48 per hour Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) Paid Federal Holidays PTO Rapid onboarding Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Onsite at the Washington DC VA Medical Center Key Responsibilities: Fit, size, and dispense noncustom orthotic soft goods, therapeutic footwear, and prefabricated orthoses Construct, shape, and repair common orthotic and prosthetic devices Document patient measurements, fittings, and clinical notes in VA systems Maintain orthotic inventory and supply levels Provide patient instruction on device use and care Support clinic workflow, followup scheduling, and administrative tasks...
