Job Description Job Description We are a small condominium association seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician (FMT) to become a part of our team! The successful candidate will have a customer service orientation, ensure the property is well maintained, both structurally and aesthetically, and perform administrative activities. This part-time position coordinates with the cleaning service to ensure the facility is safe and clean. Responsibilities: Ensure the facility is safe through onsite inspections, conducting regulatory inspections and maintaining documentation of inspection schedules, warranties, access keys, etc. Perform routine maintenance and complete work orders.
