ENFORCEMENT OFFICER
Plymouth Borough is hiring a
part-time Code Enforcement Officer . Candidate should have a
construction, building or property maintenance background and must
possess a valid driver license. Candidate must have ability to
research, interpret and enforce local and UCC codes, investigate
complaints about potential code violations, among other duties.
Computer knowledge is required. Emphasis of the position is on
property maintenance and enforcement issues within the Borough.
Preferred qualities are a self-motivated, highly organized and
hardworking individual that works well with a team, with the public
and public officials. Current Building Code Official certification
is encouraged. Vehicle provided while working. Twenty-eight hours
weekly; must be available (Tuesdays) for court appearances, as
needed. Salary starting at $20.00 hourly; negotiable with
