THE KAHILA KADOSHA ADATH ISRAEL CONGREGATION seeks a full-time,permanent Director of Programming for its Cincinnati, Ohio synagogue at 3201 E.Galbraith Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45236. Responsible for connecting with congregants todetermine interests and needs; evaluating current programs and makingrecommendations; creating and implementing dynamic and engaging programs;coordinating with the Director of Education & Youth & Family Programming;collaborating with the Director of Marketing & Communications; engaging staff andvolunteers; supporting the Senior Rabbi in developing the synagogues vision; and
working with the Chief Operating Officer on programming budget planning andmanagement. Requires a bachelors degree in any field. Must have strong knowledge ofJudaism and Jewish culture and Hebrew language ability. Supervisory duties included.Apply by mail/email only:
