10 Generations is seeking a building Plumbing Engineer with a preference for a PE license in the Northeast (Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut). The role is remote during non-project work and fully on-site during project work (There is no office, we occupy the space of the client we are serving). The plumbing engineer will provide "complete" engineering services including design, drafting/BIM, code analysis, and construction administration. Additional services such as sales and VDC will be compensated.
Expert use of Revit/Autodesk software
Able to build/manipulate families
Understanding, application, and generation of shared and global parameters
Understanding of basic Dynamo use
Certification or demonstrable level of expert understanding preferred
Expert understanding and interpretation of IBC/IPC/UPC codes
Provide site visits and perform site analysis tasks including data logging
