Job Description Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) with home healthcare experience to join our team. The RN will play a key role in providing direct patient care, coordinating treatment plans, and supporting the overall health and recovery of our patients. Location Warren County, Ohio and Butler County, Ohio Key Responsibilities: Strong Oasis Assessment Skill (SOC/ROC/Recert) Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with physical therapists and healthcare team members Document patient progress and maintain accurate records Educate patients and families on care plans and health management Supervision of Clinical (LPN/HHA) Staff in the field.
