Job Description Job Description The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, performing takeoffs, analyzing project plans, soliciting subcontractor and supplier pricing, and helping develop complete bid packages for commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of construction estimating experience , strong attention to detail, and experience using estimating or construction management software. Experience with BuildingConnected is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project documents to prepare accurate estimates. Perform detailed takeoffs for commercial construction projects, including ground-up builds and tenant improvements.
