The Warren Metropolitan Housing Authority is seeking a qualified Finance Manager. The successful candidates should have a clear understanding of GAAP and be multi-task oriented with good follow through. The candidate must be able to prepare and submit timely financial statements in conformity with GAAP, GASB and HUD regulations. This position is responsible for all accounting procedures including but not limited to; accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly bank reconciliations, payroll, and General Ledger functions.
