Position Overview Join our grounds and facilities team as a part-time or full-time Grounds Maintenance Worker. We offer a part-time schedule of three days per week and a full-time option of five days per week; full-time employees will spend two days assigned to the Greens Department. This position is ideal for a dependable, hands-on individual who enjoys working outdoors, has an interest in horticulture, and wants to contribute to a well-maintained, welcoming environment for staff and visitors. Key Responsibilities Perform regular watering, fertilizing, mulching, and weeding to maintain healthy plantings Prune and trim trees, shrubs, hedges, and ornamental plants to preserve form and health Carry out turf care tasks including mowing, aeration, overseeding, and basic pest control practices Safely operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment; report mechanical issues promptly Inspect and manage components of irrigation systems, ensuring efficient water usage...
