SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR JOB DESCRIPTION   The School Administrator is the instructional leader of the school, providing leadership in creating and managing a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment where all students can excel and staff are empowered. The school administrator communicates a vision of high expectations, performance, and collaboration with staff and students while engaging families and community partners in the support of student achievement. The school administrator administers the school program in accordance with Virginia and Highland County School Board laws, policies, and administrative regulations.
