We are seeking motivated individuals for physical labor roles assisting with roofing, siding, framing, decks, and remodeling projects. This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy hands-on work, want to learn trade skills, and can handle outdoor, physically demanding tasks. What You Will Do Support roof installations and repairs: rubber roofing, metal standing seam systems, and traditional shingles. Help install and repair exterior siding, window trim, and fascia. Assist with framing layouts, deck builds, demolition, and general remodeling duties. Load/unload materials at the shop and job sites; transport tools and equipment as directed.
