Job Description Job Description We are looking for someone who can  develop and manage welding procedures and ensure welding work meets AWS standards . This role focuses on  WPS / PQR development, welder qualifications, and welding quality oversight  for steel and aluminum fabrication. You will work closely with the fabrication team to make sure weld procedures are correct, documented, and followed in the shop.
