DIRECTOR OF R&D FOR SUSTAINABLE COATINGS TO Lead research and development of sustainable water-based and UV-curable coating systems for vinyl, PVC, and faux leather applications across automotive, marine, hospitality, mass transit and fashion industries. Design and test coating formulations to meet environmental and performance standards, utilizing advanced laboratory equipment such as QUV, Xenon, FT-IR & Spectrophotometer. Oversee lab-scale development, pilot batches, and production scale-up in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Provide technical guidance to lab and production staff.
