Job Description Job Description Immediate Opening. We are looking for an individual to work with a young adult male in a strong mentor role. The individual we are looking for must have excellent communication skills and empathy to work with a struggling young adult that is not launching. Any experience in a leadership role or as a counselor will be helpful. Familiarity with addictions and treatment a plus. Must be able to support physical fitness and a healthy eating program. This position will require approximately 2 hours/day for up to 6 days per week. Work 15-20 hours per week with 29yo male as Peer/Mentor. Act as role model to aid recovery, develop a healthy social network, involvement in daily physical fitness, therapeutic and recreational activities.
