Crestview IPS, LLC is a fast-scaling estimating and preconstruction firm supporting commercial and public sector clients across New York, South Carolina, Massachusetts, Maryland and Federal markets. Our work spans everything from vertical builds and infrastructure projects to MEP-intensive retrofits - with a growing backlog and national expansion plans underway. We're actively seeking experienced trade-specific estimators (Site, Structural, Civil and MEP) to support ongoing project-based estimating assignments. This is contract work, with potential to convert to full-time salaried roles as we continue to grow. What You Will Do Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and develop estimates (SD/DD/CD/GMP levels) Review architectural, civil, structural and MEP drawing sets and specifications Apply cost data (RSMeans, vendor quotes, historicals) to produce accurate budgets Coordinate scope clarifications and RFIs with the PM Format estimates per project/client requirements...
