Successful candidate must have: PA Career & Technical Administrative Director certification, Superintendent Letter of Eligibility or ability to obtain. A demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with Joint Operating Committee/ School Boards, and professional peers. CTE/academic administrative experience at the secondary level.
